  • Goalie Duel-Both goalies get to take a penalty shot.  They must keep all goalie gear on and shoot with a goalie stick.  Goals are worth 2
  • Powered Up-Your team gets a 5 on 3 for 2 minutes.  No player is designated to sit in the box, the team just skates short two players.  All other Standard penalty rules apply.  Shorthanded goals are worth 2
  • The Head Start-Penalty shot with a twist.  All of the current players on the ice line up at the goal line.  The goalie facing the shot calls out the player they want to shoot.  That player lines up with a puck at center ice like a penalty shot.  As soon as the ref blows the whistle, the game resumes as if the shooter got a breakaway.

Why you should support trafficking Justice

TRAFFICKING JUSTICE VISION:   A state where sexual exploitation and trafficking no longer exists.

THEIR MISSION:   To inspire, equip, and mobilize individuals to prevent sexual exploitation and support restorative organizations.

Who They Are: Trafficking Justice is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to fight for freedom from sexual exploitation and trafficking in Minnesota communities.  Our Christian faith motivates us to action in two basic areas:

  •  Preventing future exploitation of girls, boys, women, and men.
  • Supporting the healing and restoration of victims and survivors.  We readily connect with both secular and faith-based organizations involved in this cause

What They Do:

Inspire: We share case studies and facts of how people are being exploited today.  We also share God’s call to his people: to defend & empower the vulnerable, bring hope & healing, and foster restoration of culture.

Equip: We move people into action by providing a myriad of opportunities to act in practical and effective ways across all dimensions of this issue.

Mobilize: We move people into action by providing a myriad of opportunities to act in practical and effective ways across all dimensions of this issue.

Connect:  Our movement is much stronger when people work together.  We aim to build bridges between all organizations active in this cause, and we help churches learn what other faith communities are doing in this movement.
